Numbers normalizing a bit more this morning. Rowed in the morning, played around in the pool last night. Learned I don't burn that much doing eggbeater, which is good. Just hung out in the middle for ten minutes listening to a couple of songs. It's always good to be able to float.

Blob trending back down. water still dismal and I drank no fewer than 6 twenty oz bottles of water and a single soda yesterday. although I did sweat a lot on the rower, I did that early on and drank a ton after. go figure.
