Diario de Katsolo, 01 jul. 22

My feed is insane this morning, looks like the erratic posting of the spammers is dredging up old posts rather than new. I've reported a ton, but they just keep going. My plan is four days away from the computer except for logging and maybe a few responses. I decided to do my shopping at the local grocer instead of Costco. We'll see how that goes - I may freak out at the prices and go hide under my bed for a week. 😝

Hogan and I did a little over a half mile last night. The walking doesn't seem to hurt him, but he's so very tired afterward. I hate to think he's losing his fitness after the crate restriction. Will call the vet today and ask. I also have to do his nails as there's nothing wearing them down. His meds make him very mellow. We did catch some storm clouds to the east and I took a shot of him sniffing around.

A little moody. Two of the old guard from work passed away suddenly earlier this week on the same day. They were the same age in their early 60's and both were relatively fit SoCal guys. deaths were completely unrelated, just coincidence, but an odd start as it caused a bunch of us to reach out to one another. makes you think. I'm glad I have my friends and I appreciate them. Covid did some weird shit to us as far as keeping connected as humans, but we prevailed. I will spare you the turmoil raging in my head at the moment. I do feel for those who never get to know others in person as the bonds are not the same in the interwebs although they can feel like they are. there is good in the sense that I got to work with some very strong and ethical mentors at just the right time in my life.
