Berries are OK (in moderation) on keto 

You can have some berries!! I used to love growing veggies when we lived in NC. Here it is too hot. Enjoy!

Thanks everyone. I had 10, they are along my dog hike every day! LOL. It's all I can do to just have a few. I picked more cucumbers and yellow squash from the garden. Very fun!

Blackberries are giants in the fruit world— even has more nutritional assists than blueberries. I certainly wouldn’t pass up these beauties. 

Please post!! We had to build a fence around our garden because the dogs would help themselves, then my big boy learned to jump them fence. LOLOLOL
