Woke at 229.6, down .8 from yesterday. Doing the full 4-Hour Body plan today: 30 grams of protein and some kidney beans upon waking, the last of the leftover turkey at noon, a keto protein bar at 3, and then dinner tonight. Haven't spread out meals like this in quite a while. UPDATE: The day went according to plan and I kept moving water all day. Got home at 226.8, so had a mini-whoosh during the workday.
