I'm supposedly in a small deficit but still apparently growing in all of the right places as I lean out. I averaged 3700+ calories last month and about the same so far this month. In the past, I used to have large deficits and have really noticed a difference in my strength and size this time. The fat may be coming off slowly but I don't feel deprived and my workouts are awesome. There is still plenty of time until the summer so there is no rush.
