Thanks, Tom, Erquiaga, Becca, and David! Welcome, Moopie. Shiny, I began watching that show but quickly realized that there was no drug testing and it deflated my hype so I quit watching. I guess it would be hypocritical of the Rock to require that lol but it killed my desire to ever attempt to compete.

Snuck into the body analysis scan today at the 3 week mark.
HIIT Training has resulted in a 2.7kg gain in lean mass and a 4.1kg loss of fat. F45 could do you wonders mate.
