Hey all I just wanted to check in and let everybody know that I'm ok lol

I've been doing OMAD so haven't really needed to log anything!!

Hope everyone is doing well :)

I just got a promotion at work with zero effort (Was crazy) and seeing somebody...fat but happy I guess lol

Can't wait for the gyms to be open again!!
