Got hungry and ate dinner before my pre-dinner weigh in. Ate a lot and enjoyed it. Lots of good protein with turkey breast and a nice treat with some vanilla ice cream. Will weigh in before bed to get my evening numbers.

I never think to look for turkey outside of "holidays." I love it--esp dark meat. I did bring some chicken breast home, but will have to look for turkey next time I go out! I'm having a glass of wine instead of ice cream. That's my little treat--LOL. Sitting here chilling and unwinding.

I bought a bunch of tea today at the Farmer's Market--green tea, peppermint, but never thought of decaf coffee. Does Starbuck's put up a decaf coffee? I love their coffee, but don't get it often. I used to buy the whole beans and make it at home.
