Thanks, Bill. About my goal... I honestly don't know. I know I still need to lose more. The doc's charts say at my height I should be between 130 and 160. I say that's crazy, but calculating out to say 16% BF puts me at 165. So, maybe it isn't so crazy. That just seems really low to me. Anyway, for now I'm shooting for 190 and I'll re-evaluate. Probably the same at 180. After that, who knows?
