20 years old. Maybe 165 pounds. 1.5-2 years of lifting.

I loved that crappy gym. Your hair shadow...lol. Sometimes it doesn't seem very long ago and then there are pictures like these...just a baby. Crazy!

Haha, I showed this to a co-worker(male DP, :) and he said I looked like Jet Li or something lol. Anyway, yeah DP, the hair shadow was an issue in a lot of these with those disposable cameras and the crazy flash. Usually making my head look even bigger. Thanks Shirfleur, 60pack and Shrewdness!

What? That's not a home gym- that was our first gym- it was crappy- a hole in the wall- but so fun. He has had muscles long before PF... PF is for maintenance. 💪🏻🏋🏻‍♂️💗🤸🏻‍♀️ 

Yeah, that's my original gym that used to be a martial arts dojo. It was a tiny dungeon. It had a punching bag in one of the corners. I only listened to The Sickness full blast on repeat lol. 

I pretty much reached my peak at that gym. These pics were from only 1 year and 3-8 months in. I was a chubby 220 pounds when I started the previous Spring or Summer.
