back on the normal 1800 calorie diet
yesterday's experimental re feed day was a success. consumed 2560 calories which should be somewhere around maintenance calories. I worked outside all day and needed the extra energy to compensate for the exhaustion I was dealing with prior to even starting the work. It felt great to get the extra food in me and it was the first time in 4 .5 months that I wasn't in 500+ calorie deficit. I may use this re feed strategy again as needed as I continue my final push to recomp the last of the belly fat. it was also a good experiment to see how much I will be able to get away with eating once I stop the diet and just look to continue to grow muscle without adding additional fat back on.
