The power is back and day 3 of Jerky making is underway. Yesterday didnt go as planned with the power outage but we made the best of it. in between devouring the fresh jerky it was time for shadow monsters and a family climbing session.

D_not_Cupcake 😆 🤣 I'm using that as the invitation pic for the jerky tasting party hahah the smoke coming out the top of thw smoker with the swingset in the back. Im going to do one last update at the end with whatever jerky hasn't been eaten and I will dig through my phone and add a pic of their actual tree house in there. It will have no context to anything and people will be very confused but it's way cooler than the swingset haha.

Alright I'm beat split logs all day while the jerky was smoking. I'll post some pics later of whatever I don't eat now 🤪 but damn this is the best batch of hot jerky I have made to date.
