Woke at 221.8, down 3.0 from yesterday after my body finally dropped the water weight from my NYC trip and a lot of takeout upon my return. Day three of modified FMD (veggies and nuts but enough protein to hit my 152 gram target). UPDATE: Continued to flush out water and got to 221.2 before lunch.
