Cheesegobbler84 need to cut a bit down to get into primo shape for a busy year of Spartans and mudders. Just Signed up for Spartan 5k sprint in April, then 15k mudder in May, spartan 10k super in July, 15k mudder in September and I'm up in the air about going all out and doing a spartan Beast 21k to round things out for the full spartan trifecta but thats up in the air haven't committed to that and won't any time soon 😄

Caro143 very true it is absolutely a way of life now I just switched back over to a deficit a little under 2 weeks ago but still eating the same way I was before mostly whole foods lots of protein and carbs low fats.
