I joined FS in May of 2022 after having lost almost 50 lbs. Since joining I have lost another 13 lbs. My daily intentions are to always prioritize my health and sustain a healthy weight.

Saxenda was an early part and contributing factor in my weight loss journey. During the 50 lb loss I was on full dose for 2 years and titrated down to a very low dose for about another year. The last 13 lbs lost completely off the medication by using all the new lifestyle changes I had put in place. As of May 2024 I have maintained my weight loss having been off the medication 2 years with no rebound weight gain.
