I would call today a bit of a nightmare. I love my roommates to bits usually but they continually triggered my cPTSD today. Had some pretty horrific flashbacks and whatnot for the majority of the day.
I finally decided that I would try to eat dinner - forced myself to finish it actually because I really need the food. However, snapped at one of my roommates for something that was not remotely his fault.
When he comes back from work tomorrow I will have his favorite brownies baked as an apology.
Dinner was spinach and lettuce salad with some caesar and croutons that were leftover from a salad packet, some salmon, my usual yogurt, and diet coke.

Ended up having a bit (too much) of a snack last night before falling asleep. Shark week has definitely been making my eyes think my stomach is bigger than it is.
It was two rice cakes with pb, banana, honey, and some chia seeds as well as some stevia choco with caramel, probably wouldn't reach for that particular chocolate again but it hit the spot last night.

Half hot cocoa with no sugar and a rice cake wirh pb, cinomon, chia seeds, banana and some crushed dark choco.

Hi everyone, I am back but not tracking/counting calories at the moment.
Today I had a tuna, and lentil salad with lemon as a dressing since the tuna was lemon pepper and the lentils had a kick.
For snack, I had some yogurt with raspberries, blueberries, some granola, and honey.
I hope everyone is having a wonderful day.

Hello everyone. Again thank you all for your support and here is an update, GI and I had a fascinating discussion while I was in the ER about GI "owning" the NJ tube and despite it being detrimental to my health they were going to do nothing about it.
Proceeded to have an even better conversation where a GI doctor I had never met face to face had the gall to yell at me over the phone that "girl, you have no idea how complicated your case is." I politely yelled right back at him that I had been living with my conditions for over two years now and would make my own decisions for myself, consequences be damned. Against medical decision, I pulled my NJ tube so that I could drink and eat to the best of my abilities until GI either places a surgical GJ tube or finds a better solution.
Now with a whole day of eating and drinking on my own I am feeling loads better and my cardiac medication is actually working (it needs for me to be properly hydrated to work well).
I hope this week is just a bit less eventful and I hope everyone here on FS has an amazing week too!
