Urmilashrestha, I need some advice 😢.. it's been more than 20 days since I started my journey.. I'm having 1200 to 1300 cals per day and doing exercises 5/6 days a week (for about 2 hrs)..But I have lost only about 2 kgs..and now it's steady for a long time.. it's not decreasing..Is there something faulty in my process or what do u suggest..

@Taenus - every body is different; for some people exercise will work in weight lost but in some it won't; like in my case I do exercise to keep me fit but it doesn't help me in weight lost (it's only from food and calories); when I started my journey I stick with 28% Carbs, 32% Fat, & 40% Protein proportions; What is your % distribution of carbs, fat & protein? Also, please noted what types of exercises we do will depend how much calories we burn

During my food selection, I started eating more of whole food and raw vegetables and fruits as much as possible than processed or fried food

Could be; try increasing clean protein (like egg white, chicken breast, tuna in water, etc) and little bit of healthy fat (like walnut, avocado, almond, etc) and stay strong 💪 💪 🙂🙂

Taenus, I totally agree with Urmilashrestha on eating more protein! Check and track your macros. I used to be starving all the time and didn't see much change until I started eating more protein. When I checked my protein macro I saw i consistently ate only 14%. My daily recommended was 20%. I'm just not a big meat eater. But you can get protein in alot of other ways through low fat milk, eggs, nuts, even a protein supplement if you need to. I've been dieting on and off for most of my life but I always felt deprived and got to a point where I just didn't want to do it anymore. I had never thought to track macros. It's amazing to me that I'm satisfied now and still losing. Give it a try!
