Hello everyone. I was taking a break as recommended by my psychologist to really work on getting over some previous eating disorder fear foods from when I was an athlete - sandwiches are a new favorite!

However, this week my doctors decided to put me on a diet for fast weight loss (hopefully) to determine how my heart handles the weight loss. Due to my gastric issue last year when I lost 20lbs, I suffered some repercussions with my kidneys and due to the short amount of time, it took they want to see how they can prevent those issues again in the future.

For the test to work they want me to get to 115lbs max and 110lbs if possible or lower.

At the peak of my forced eating disorder days, while I was an elite athlete, I weighed about 110lbs and exercised all day long.

If you all could give me some support and love during this time, I would really appreciate it.

It's so healthy to ask for help and encouragement when you need it. Glad you are having victory over your eating disorder. I hope your weight-loss strategy will involve taking in lots of nutritional foods.
