Feeling pretty good...my little "Eat what you're feeling....enjoy your vacation week" seems to have kick started my metabolism. Back to business and down another lb. today....lower than my before beach weight 😊 Even my TWO tuna salad sandwiches on a bun last night...can anyone say carbs?....didn't hurt. Gotta hit the grocery store, but after working outside with my hubby cleaning our decks I wasn't in the mood yesterday. And I had bought tuna in oil, not water by accident. I even added an extra treat after I'd already eaten my sweet treat of a pineapple ice pop...Yum. Hubby made popcorn & offered my some. It was only a cupful but it looked so good I couldn't resist. Hopefully not a temporary loss and I stay on the downward trajectory.

Alnona, I am on track....I was under my allotted calorie limit and lost a lb. in spite of eating carbs and oil in my tuna 😊 That's why I don't subscribe to a low carb/ low fat diet for myself. I watch that I don't overdo it but, I'd just feel deprived. Thanks for the encouragement!
