Hanging in there for a break from this plateau ⬇⬇⬇⬇ Been hanging there way too long. After eating dinner last night I had some calories to spare. I like a little sweet treat at the end of the day & that signals the end of all eating til morning. I was debating between 2 cookies or an Outshine Pineapple ice pop. Decided to be conservative with the ice pop. That kept me right around 1000 calories for the day. I'm feeling positive I should hit 156 point something soon 😊
