Haven't been logging since last Saturday. Trying to not go off the rails. My daughter has been helping cook meals, so it's a bit harder to track. It's mind boggling trying to wrap my mind around what she considers a reasonable amount of food to buy to create meals. I've become so used to serving smaller portions for Hubby & I. I will say we've often ended up with leftovers. I'm allowing myself some latitude, while also keeping in mind what is an acceptable portion.

Today was the first day, after several I was up just a little. I'm still weighing myself each morning.

We've had a good visit so far. I need to get out for some more Christmas shopping in the next couple of days. Today was rainy & cold all day, so we had a quiet day at home.

We took a walk in the neighborhood a couple of days ago. I heard from one of the neighbors that one of our previous neighbors that had recently moved away had killed himself.
Today, it was in the news Twitch had committed suicide yesterday. I was floored...he always seemed so upbeat & happy. You just never know what someone is going thru 💔
