feeling like death couldnt even finish working out last night 4 sets of deadlifts 3 sets of shrugs 1 set of hammer curls and I tapped out

Cheesegobbler84 I took what I would call a rest day 2 days ago still walked alot but no lifting or any other exercise. I lift hard 3 days then on the 4th day I dial it drastically back maybe just a short session with some mobility and core work. Then 3 hard days followed by 1 nothing but walking Day. Today might be a nothing of anything day 😔

Cheesegobbler84 thanks I'm going to take it easy today no lifting I can't imagine doing a leg day today haha. The wife decided to regurgitate my own words that are normally to her last night saying listen to your body if you need rest take it. 😄

Thanks everyone 😊 it's amazing the data these fitness tracking watches show when you are sick. My stress reading is double its normal number my heart rate is way higher, heart rate variability is low and I'm burning through calories at a crazy rate. And yes miss OTC you actually have a chance at beating my steps this week 😄

She doubled my steps yesterday and continued her over 10k a day streak . I think we're tied for the week right now I sat my butt on the couch all night last night and it was just weird sitting there... I really wanted to go workout 😆
