I don’t know what is happening with my body weight but definitely getting leaner day by day. It used to be cycle of getting skinny then overweight then on and on repeatedly. This is my major reason to maintain my body weight and focus only on body composition improvements. Getting there and I will never give up even if it takes longer and I also don’t want to sacrifice my wife’s homemade cooking as I saw at least handful of people have had great transformations without dieting at all. I will keep moving forward with both good and bad days 🔥💪🤙

that's the best way to do it. Don't deny yourself anything just limit how much you have if anything. All I have done is portion control with everything and it's helped.
