I've been overweight for the last 20 years. I'm now 36 YO and since I left high school I've been fighting this.
Until last year, never thought it was possible to return to the weight I had at that time... now I'm just 2 kg away from that goal... I didn't think I could do it!!!
For me exercise was not an important part of my trip, because of my busy schedule (and the fact that I hate physical activity) I could not maintain a training plan, but nevertheless I try to walk at least 2 hours a week and to have a more active life style than before.
I read somewhere that if one can keep a lifestyle change for more than 6 month is more likely that you can stick to it... It's been 6 month since I enter the "normal weight" range... so I hope I can keep this kilos off!!!
