Did you ever think it may be muscle replacing fat?
You’re already pretty skinny, so keep doing what you’re doing, and you’ll get down to where you want to be especially with exercise - you might have muscle coming on.
Not eating late was the answer to my weight loss.👍🌺

This is completely normal! Just have faith and stay the course and you'll get results! The body is always trying to adapt. If you are consistent it will finally get the message.

Yep post exercise muscles take up more fluid and those with autoimmune definately experience inflammation. There is scale weight and there is fat gain, two completely different things. You know you are doing the right thing, don’t put too much on this number.

@chow...salt intake was on my checklist...but it wasn't the obvious culprit this time 😁 looking forward to 'following' you in the days to come!! I love the comraderie on FS, don't you? 🙋♀️

@shrew....I don't understand much about how muscles/exercise effects weight, except I know I need to burn calories to lose weight. I do believe I'm making muscles in my hips and legs from the increase of steps..but didn't realize this could cause wt gain. Still learning! 👍💪😳

I know your pain well!
I started using happy scale app. Check it out. It’s a softer approach to weighing daily. Keeps you motivated and focused on small goals.

@bearnoggin...thanks for the reminders and encouragement. I obviously overreacted...actually....my math skills are partly to blame 😬 I first thought it was over 2 lbs gain....thus the needless panic! 😂😂

@liz...yes, I guess it's because I have been pretty darn consistent with either losing or staying the same for months. Don't worry...keep up the good work and we'll have that number back down in no time!!

@spark...I always look forward to your insightful comments. I knew my legs were feeling 'stronger' from increasing steps, but this morning they were achy and tired. I'm giving them a break today...but tomorrow it's back to boot camp (so to speak) 👟👢🚶♀️
