Thanks buenita 😊 I was worried that this somehow offended people...but I honestly thought it was good information (cuz we ALL gotta deal with needing to "go" at some time, right?) They need beets on that list! In recent months I've gotten into the whole concept of eating for your gut microbiome, and those little critters adore fiber. Tracking fiber is one of the biggest things I use FS for right now
