Today I spent 20 mins doing beginner yoga. Small win, given I would have been hesitant to try this in the past.

It was hard to find the will to stop binging, and when I am doing it, I don't know where to find it. When I become disgusted with myself, it starts. for right now I am sticking with it and have lost almost 8 lbs since the middle of December which pleases me. It's hard to stick with it.

@Snow White....thanks for sharing🤗 Have you tried 'distracting' yourself when the binge-feeling hits? Maybe get up, walk outside, drink a big glass of water or Gator Ade, water the houseplants, etc....

Good idea. I binge after I have fallen off the wagon. I'm on a roll of strictness right now finally. I'm just afraid of losing this strict way of eating. I'm so addicted I'm like a carboholic. I can't be trusted.

This is cute! Personally I think the calories burned in 10 minutes is waaay overblown but everything else is really helpful.

And to avoid knee and back problems, tip the hips forward and put weigh evenly balance just in front of the heel without hyperflexing the knee This gal looks great on the after but my medical eye sees strain on the top of the lumber spine, forward weighing on the ball of the foot (blister and bunions) and overstretching if the knee ligaments. What I like in this chart is the progression of starting with food, adding walking then weights. Can’t wait until heated swimming can start again.
