Hi my FS friends🙋‍♀️ How's your new year going?

This morning, I realized how very much I appreciate & need this community! Several things have changed in my routine, leading to a weight gain. I'm feeling overwhelmed these days...SO here's my plan:

1. Continue smoking cessation. Choose healthier things to snack on. Take 'NEAT'
breaks, instead of smoke breaks. Drink more water.
2. Be patient with myself while my body gets used to the change in arthritis
meds. Shorter sessions of exercise till the pain eases/mobility returns.
3. Diligence in logging calories/weighing food.
4. Participate here on FS. You guys are vitally important to my success💙 When I
look up helpful hints, it helps ME as much as anyone else!
5. Earlier to bed using the new bipap machine, to get more hours of sleep.
6. More cooking simplified recipes & using as many fresh, whole foods as
possible.

Good goals Crystaljo! I need my FS friend's too! I've let my weight creep up by 6lbs. Time to get back to basics! Each day is a new day, a fresh start. I'm starting with today weighing and measuring and determined to stay within my calories. I need to exercise again too! The treadmill is calling to me.

You’ve got this!! I am 2.5 Years smoke free and the weight crept in because I would go for a smoke when hungry instead of eating. It’s a journey and you’ve got this!! Best plan is that you have a plan💕
